Chika Chukudebelu / Host

Chika Chukudebelu is a producer and the host/creator of the inspirational leadership podcast, The Blueprint Show™. Spurred on by a passion to inspire other creative minds to courageously pursue their dreams, she sought to create a simple medium for would-be visionaries to learn from those who’ve gone before them. Each podcast gives insight into what the true journey of success entails. The Blueprint Show™ aims to tell these stories with transparency and brutal honesty with the hopes that listeners will recognize themselves in these pioneers and as a result, be emboldened to take their own next step. In previous roles, Chika has worked on a number of film and TV projects including The Lord of the Rings, Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle and This American Life (TV). She currently works as a creative executive at BET Networks on projects including Being Mary Jane and The Game. She is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Sonata Lee Narcisse / Senior Producer

Sonata Lee Narcisse is a multi-media journalist based in Los Angeles. She has worked as a producer for The Tavis Smiley Show from Public Radio International, Marketplace from American Public Media and National Public Radio’s News & Notes. She was also a Fellow for the Carnegie and Knight Foundation’s multi-media news initiative, News21, where she covered politics for the Huffington Post. Additionally, Sonata has reported for Bush Radio in Cape Town, South Africa, Southern California Public Radio, Los Angeles’ NPR affiliate KCRW and the Ventura County Star. She completed her master’s degree in broadcast journalism from USC’s Annenberg School for Communication and earned her bachelor’s degree in mass communication from Xavier University of Louisiana.

Gregory Brown / Composer

After battling between the passions of electrical engineering and the arts, Gregory Brown bowed out of engineering school at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and enrolled in the film program at California State University, Northridge. While his emphasis was screenwriting, he honed what was at the time, a hobby of music composition.
